Selected as www.pubreview.com.au's inaugural Pub of the Year, The Boulevard opened it's doors in February 2011. After undergoing a $4 million renovation, the pub has transformed from the ageing old Floreat Hotel into a modern, beautifully designed new pub.

These then become nominees for our annual Pub of the Year award.
